Profile
SHANE D'SOUZA
Shane D'Souza owner and co founder of D&M (who is the "D" in D&M) graduated from Brunel University in 1998 with a BEng (hons) in Materials Science and Engineering. From 1998 and 2007 he held the position of technical sales Manager for a number of bluechip clients who supplied all the major retail brands. He continues to do so in a consultancy and advisory capacity.
His background is in sales, marketing, manufacturing and outsourcing to customers required specifications.
Utilising his experience and knowledge in commercial arena and his huge passion for sports was intrumental in the initial setup, continued growth and future growth of D&M group and his other business interests....

RICHARD MANSFIELD
Richard Mansfield owner and Sales Director of D&M.. (the “M” in D&M) was passionate about sports from a young age. While finishing his education in sports science he was awarded a cricket scholarship at the Haringey Cricket & Sports College in London where his cricketing career took off.
From 1995 to 2003 he represented various county cricket clubs including Somerset, Essex and Surrey while playing cricket in Australia, West Indies and India. He also worked as a part of the coaching staff with Surrey C.C.C. and professional football clubs and schools.
After his professional cricketing career in 2002, Richard became the co-founder and owner of Smasher Sports. In his span of four years had over 50 international and first class players using the product and grew the company into a global brand. At it peak he sold his stake in the business with which he has no affiliation anymore He decided to set up D&M Sports with his cousin and business partner Shane D’Souza.
Utilising his experience, contact base and expertise in the sports arena D&M Sports was launched in 2006, from which it has grown rapidly and soon becoming the number one choice for bespoke sports clothing.
